1. Products and Orders

2. Pricing and Payment

3. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from our Dunstable, MA facility.
- Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days after processing; expedited options may be available at checkout in a live environment.

- Defects covered under our 2-year equipment warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear such as blade dulling.
- Power equipment sold on this Site should be operated in accordance with the manufacturer's safety instructions, including appropriate protective equipment.
